OK, it's nothing like the Alps or Scotland, but it is in Britain.  It is located in The Lake District but it is only for the more serious skier for more than one reason.   Firstly, they only have Red and Black runs (Advanced and Expert runs) and secondly, it is a good hours walk from the car park to the slopes with all your gear strapped to your back, so don't forget the walking boots too!!
