Although I haven't been in 10 whole years, (loyalty is a rare thing
nowadays!!) I learnt to ski at Pendle Ski Club in the early 1990's. At the time, it
was a very friendly, very helpful, small club that held regular training sessions on the
slopes at evenings and weekends. They also organised holidays to Scotland and
Europe. Best of all for me at the time was it was cheap!! The slope was too
small for intermediate/advanced skiers, but ideal for beginners. If you are thinking
of starting the sport, then it's well worth checking this place out. |
