Bar

bulletNo.

Shops

bulletThere is a small shop open at times during the summer months.  Sometimes there are items for sale in the Main Building.

Other Attractions

bulletAbsolutely loads to do, and VERY cheap.
bulletDeval Karts - Gravity Powered Karts that run from the top of the Chairlift, down various runs, and back to the bottom of the mountain.

bulletQuad Bikes - Suitable for all ages.  Large track around the car park.

Good Points

bulletAn excellent slope.  The Dendix is in very good condition considering the punishment it must take during the winter months with the Pisten Bully's running over it all day.
bulletThe other activities will keep everyone amused all day long.
bulletIt is VERY CHEAP.

Bad Points

bulletThe Dust.  Don't go in decent clothes if you are planning to go on the Quads, Deval Karts or Fun Karts!!

Improvements

bulletNone that I can think of.

Comments About The Lecht Dry Ski Slope

Andy Willcock - 01/03/2002 I haven't actually skied on this slope in the summer, but in 1999 when we were in Scotland for a winter holiday, the snow cover was not that good and the Dendix was showing through.  It is a good run, utilising the natural contours of the mountain.  The lift that services it is a little bit slow, but it has to be able to load the expert skier and the complete beginner.  We have also been in the summer and the other activities are excellent fun.  You'll be surprised how cheap it all is.  A Superb Day Out!!
Andy Willcock - 30/06/2002 We have just got back from a summer holiday in Scotland, and we called at The Lecht to see what they have on offer throughout the summer months. It was a superb day!! For only £30.00 we were entertained all day long with Quad Bikes, Deval Karts, Buggies, etc, etc. At the end of the day we were a few points short of having a Chairlift ride to the top of the mountain (You get a swipe card and put credits on the card for the different activities) They let us go up anyway, and the guy at the top pointed out all the interesting sights that can be seen from the top. A Truly Excellent Day!!!
